Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a geriatric stroke patient in a private residence. This role is ideal for a nurse who values consistency, discretion, and elevated standards of care, and who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a dedicated care team.

Clinical Excellence
Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with the patient’s individualized care plan
Perform advanced assessments and proactively identify changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
Patient-Centered Care
Support daily living needs while preserving dignity and independence
Provide calm, attentive, and compassionate care
Build a trusting, respectful relationship with the patient and family
Care Coordination
Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and family members
Ensure continuity and consistency across all shifts and caregivers
Documentation & Accountability
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, in good standing
- Minimum 5–7+ years of clinical nursing experience required
Strong preference for backgrounds in:
- NIHSS Certification
- Geriatrics
- Private duty or home health
- Complex or chronic care management
